The iron is well packaged, the heat-resistant case is very good. However, I'm not used to working with such a small area (top). I've been looking for a 1" flat iron but the length doesn't seem long enough. It feels like it needs to be at least an inch longer. Because of this you can only style a very small amount of hair at a time. I have very thin (wavy) hair. After drying them with a blow dryer, the straightener still took a LONG time. I do NOT recommend this straightener for people with long or medium hair. This will work for me, it just takes longer than expected.
