This is my third travel iron that I have bought. I thought I would be happy with the Amovee 2-1 but after washing my hair and trying again I don't think the Amovee gets hot enough. But these! it's a winner! I have medium-strength wavy hair, very long to my shoulders! This heating up to 450 degrees works so simply! So far this product has been really good for me. I like that there are multiple heat settings. I've seen a few other customers complain about the power button on the outside accidentally turning it off. I haven't encountered this problem. I might see the inside where you set the heat output in the future. But who knows until it actually happens. I'm very happy with it so far. With technology, it's hard to say what will stick and what won't.

This is one of the best irons I have ever used and the price makes it exceptional. Love the storage pouch that allows you to zip the velcro for easy storage. I've used this iron for keratin treatment and it didn't take long to get to the max 450 heat. I had no problems with the position of the switch. It was a good buy.

I like that it turns itself off and works in different countries. I would give it five stars but there is a flaw in the way they put the two pieces together. There's a plastic stopper that should prevent the two pieces from coming together too tightly, but all it does is catch and break the hair. You need to make sure that the hair stays only on the metal part of the iron. If it slides off the metal plate towards the cable, it will get caught on the plastic stopper (stand) that prevents the two

I have finger sized curls. I first straightened my hair with a straightening brush which got rid of my frizz and then I tried this titanium straightener. I set it to 450 and started straightening my hair, trying to curl the ends. I HAD NO LUCK. IT JUST DID NOT WORK. I've finally found the hair straightener I've been looking for all these years! I tried different brands, expensive or cheap, they didn't work as I expected. But this one does! I worked on one side of the hair for comparison and on both sides my hair got very straight and stayed that way for the rest of the day! I've even gotten younger! Must buy!

The iron is well packaged, the heat-resistant case is very good. However, I'm not used to working with such a small area (top). I've been looking for a 1" flat iron but the length doesn't seem long enough. It feels like it needs to be at least an inch longer. Because of this you can only style a very small amount of hair at a time. I have very thin (wavy) hair. After drying them with a blow dryer, the straightener still took a LONG time.
