These packs saved me the trouble of making iced coffee concentrate at home. I like that they are strong enough to withstand a full load and remain tear free as the coffee grounds soak up and soak up water. They give me a clean finish when I take them out of the liquid and they break down in the compost bin. The only issue I have with them is that the instructions for use say they should be filled with a cup of coffee grounds, but they don't quite fit. 😕 I filled them to a capacity closer to 3/4 to 1 cup and then just let them sit for over a day. I just made some Cold Brew Concentrate and it looks like I used different measuring tools than before. I feel so silly right now and just hope my mistake hasn't put anyone off this amazing product. My apologies to the seller for misrepresenting my product as although I left a positive review I incorrectly stated that the sachets do not quite fit in a cup of coffee grounds. REALLY, and as I've seen in subsequent reviews, LOAD MORE THAN ONE CUP. I don't think my little reviews are particularly important to anyone, but the fact that they are as accurate as possible is very important to me. I have read reviews and benefited from the opinions and smart ideas of some reviewers, but I have to think through many reviews before I feel I have a fair impression of a product. I don't look for reviews from specific people but I appreciate them all because if I read enough reviews I can better understand what sounds true whether it's positive or negative. Accurate reporting is helpful, while inaccurate reporting does a disservice to sellers, fellow reviewers, and anyone like me who occasionally reads reviews to make a purchasing decision. So one star off for complaining about a bad product and one star back because I made a mistake and the complaint was more than fair.
