Review on Ecotrak Facility Management Software by Charles Palma

The ability to manage multiple buildings/facilities across our organization in one central system has been beneficial! I love how easy it is navigate through each building's information as well as being able to see all maintenance requests from any given facility at once - very helpful when troubleshooting issues between facilities or tracking repairs needed within an individual property!! Nothing that stands out negatively other than needing more features added over time which would make this software even better! Easily accessible by many different departments throughout my office allowing us centralized access into reports we need pertaining to specific properties; also allows me quick updates without having to send emails back n forth via phone calls etc.- saves tons off man hours.
