The ability to have an interface between our facility and the billing software. Our employees are able to submit work orders in real time and have the correct pricing applied immediately. I like that we can see all of the costs and what is coming in or going out at any given time. I love that it is so easy to navigate through this software. There are many features from different aspects which makes things easier when working as an IT manager or facility engineer. The ability to manage multiple buildings/facilities across our organization in one central system has been beneficial! I love how easy it is navigate through each building's information as well as being able to see all maintenance requests from any given facility at once - very helpful when troubleshooting issues between facilities or tracking repairs needed within an individual property!!
