Review on Ecotrak Facility Management Software by Marlo Schlachter

The ability to have an interface between our facility and the billing software. Our employees are able to submit work orders in real time and have the correct pricing applied immediately. I like that we can see all of the costs and what is coming in or going out at any given time. This system has also been great in helping us be more organized and efficient when it comes to the scheduling of maintenance services. It's not perfect but overall it seems very stable and easy to use. We have had no problems so far. I would say it does everything that you need it to do. No complaints about the product itself. This program allows us to keep track of any issues that come up in the day-to-day operations of our facility. We are able to communicate internally and externally about any issues that arise.
