Review on Standard Motor Products EGV464T Valve by Derrick Milkie

Hello Ford/Mazda Ranger owners! Hubby needed some work on his truck and ordered this part to fix the engine code he was given. As he was in the process of removing the EGR valve, he noticed that it didn't look like the part he ordered. In this part, the exhaust flows through the right side of the valve, while part of it exits directly behind it at a downward angle. He went to his local auto parts store and when they looked they both were on the list. There must have been an option when the model was launched, so know which part you have before you order! Luckily the repair didn't consist of removing the EGR valve, he replaced the dpfe sensor and replaced the lines that go to it. Wow!
