This product has clearly been designed by someone who has never suffered from neck pain. The claim that it provides "ultimate comfort and support" is laughable. Instead, it left me feeling stiff and sore after using it for only a short period of time. Maybe it could work as a torture device, but definitely not as a neck pillow. Save your money and put it towards a massage instead. .
