I ordered this cable to replace the stock cable on my 2010 Keystone Montana five wheel trailer. It is the same length as the original cable and the color coding is exactly the same. I've buzzed the original wire with an ohmmeter to make sure the connections are good. The quality looks very good. It fits right into my truck's outlet, it actually takes a bit of effort to put it in, which is good. My recommended replacement procedure is to cut the wires from the old cable and leave some on the connection to color mark. Then buzz the old wire with an ohmmeter to make sure it matches the supplied schematic. If you don't know how to use an ohmmeter I would recommend you to consult a professional. Wires of the new cable one after the other to the corresponding colors. In my case the cable was connected using crimp connectors which I cut off and replaced with twist on 3M connectors. Please note that you will need different sizes of connectors and 10 ga gauge. large wires are required.
