I used this on my camper. The wire felt good, tightly twisted and clean, it doesn't have that heavy recovery feel. I like that it has two pins to make good contact with my 7 pin connector on my cartridge. It was a great replacement for what I had.

I liked the cable, it stays flexible in the cold, the old one became stiff and pulled out of the truck fork. One problem was that the fork's stem, which attaches to the forklift's fork cap, was too long and had to be trimmed to allow the fork to snap into place. Easy to fix.

Looks like a quality product. The standard RV wiring color doesn't match the trailer I needed to fit it on, so I had to think hard and adapt. But the fork is held securely and seems to have better contact with the fork in the pickup.

This is a very good quality trailer wire but it is not color coded for standard trailer wiring. Only one wire is the correct color and it is blue for the brake. They give you a chart showing which color does what, so it's pretty easy to wire it up, just can't go by the color code. I'm very happy with this cable so far, works great.

Quality looks good with great hookup instructions. But it's not 8 feet long. Short is about 1 1/2 inches, but that includes the length of the fork. It's really about 7'7" cord with a 3 1/2" plug on the end which they include as the cord length. It's like buying a 1" screw and realizing that the threads are only 3/4" long because the head is 1/4". The 1" screw has a 1" thread. This cable was perfect. I worked from a camper van for a couple of weeks but when I got to the campsite the old cable somehow partially broke on a sharp bit sticking out of our camper van's tongue. The price was right, the reviews were good and I was able to mail it to a Revain post box about 25 miles away. I ordered this cable to replace the stock cable on my 2010 Keystone Montana five wheel trailer. It is the same length as the original cable and the color coding is exactly the same. I've buzzed the original wire with an ohmmeter to make sure the connections are good. The quality looks very good.
