The platform is easy enough for our marketing team of 100 people who have never used tools like this before, it's very intuitive with good support from their staff when needed as well! It does take some time getting your head around all aspects but once there we really love that they listen so much more closely than other providers I've worked in my 10 years at FMCG companies. We are still finding out what works best about using sparkED compared to traditional methods such as loyalty cards etc which was how we were doing things previously - however after 2-3 months usage (and not just one week) you can see huge savings already if targeting high churn customers or those likely/at risk leaving within next few weeks /months.
