no good cable management built in

I thought it was the Monoprice Husky Mount SA-60HD version but it isn't. They are similar but there are two important flaws. First, the arm isn't adjustable in the mount, so you can't re-center the arm if your bolts aren't centered. Another problem is that this is not a level. I used my six foot, three foot, nine inch level and the built in level to level the mount. It was within 1/8 inch. However, when the television was installed, my wife immediately noticed that the television was not level. The brackets (vesa 200x200) were square and parallel, but the TV was off. When I moved the mount, the TV went out of plane on the other side, so it's clear the lever has a problem. Also, the installation was a two-man job. After measuring everything, I used my impact wrench to drive the screws into the rivets until she held it over her shoulder. Then when I put the TV on the bracket, she had to align the brackets with her hand. It was impossible to see the mount on the 55-inch TV I was holding - more awkward than heavy, but still an issue - so it had to guide me. Finally, there's no good cable management built in, so trying to get the cables in and out with the arm when it's against the wall is difficult. I'm content to have the cords in place to get in the way, and then just let them dangle when I pull them out to view from another room. There's also no good way to move the TV between positions without grabbing and pulling on the TV itself, which could damage it in the long run.
