The LED lens has melted. for warning and emergency lighting
Well after using the light bar in the Arizona Sun, the plastic LED lenses melted after using the unit at 115% for 7 hours straight. . I bought this device because of the metal frame, I didn't think the lens would melt. My old block consisted of a plastic frame. The frame melted, but the lens didn't melt. The device still works, but the LEDs are now flashing erratically. Not straight anymore. It was worth trying.
