Actually works very well. My hair was bright red. I used a color corrector to take out the red and it turned out to be a strawberry blonde, very pretty. I outlined highlights all over the head. It was very cute, but of course quite coppery. I bought it and used it twice. Both times I let the shampoo and conditioner sit for 10-15 minutes each. The strawberry blonde is now dark blonde with platinum highlights. The dark blonde still has a slight red tinge to it, but now it looks a little too good with this material. I will definitely keep buying this.
