Although I like the shampoo and to a lesser extent the conditioner my main issues are the bottles. The graphics come off in pieces on my hands in the shower. Purple shampoo is initially intended to conceal the yellow tinge in very light or bleached hair. This won't work if your hair isn't very light, and it probably won't work on natural hair. I like to apply it liberally to my head and work it into my hair without it lathering, then leave it on for the duration of my shower. I highly recommend this product if you want to give your hair an ashy hue. My highlights used to be a little coppery before using this brand and are now a noticeably cooler tone. Not sure if the photo shows it perfectly due to the lighting but I noticed the difference and my friend commented too. Very happy with the results!

Actually works very well. My hair was bright red. I used a color corrector to take out the red and it turned out to be a strawberry blonde, very pretty. I outlined highlights all over the head.
