The best part of this software is that it helps me keep all my customers organized, so I can easily access them at any given moment. It also allows for easy invoicing as well. There isn't anything really bad about this program; however there could be some improvements made here or there. This product has helped us improve our business by being able to organize everything we need into one place! We have been able to get more work done than ever before because now when someone calls they know right away what needs doing next instead of having to go back through old files searching for an invoice from last year.
