Two new snow tires have been ordered. They brought in brand new copies from the previous production year (2022) and packaging (the labels had been taken off). When I asked the vendor about this, he replied it didn't matter when the tires were made. I did not make a return (to my bank) without a receipt. Fraudsters! Instead of just the month and year, rubber now displays the week and year, so the number 4117 would indicate the 41st week in the year 2022. Tire inspections require extreme care. They did not provide a check when I paid cash and instead promised the money would appear in my bank account shortly; however, it has yet to do so. Stay far away from these con artists!
