The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.
Operated Nord Frost 100 since 2022! In the sixth season, he hit two tires. Buying two new ones is not possible. Or 5 years lying in warehouses and without discounts for expensive. Or on ebay look for a used one. Bought 4 Nordman 7 tires (at the end of the season). In comparison, the new Nordman 7 tires are slightly (just a little) noisier than the Nord Frost 100. Much, of course, depends on the sound insulation of the car! I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Nord Frost 100 (after six seasons) is very difficult to crush the lamellas with your fingers (perhaps it has become tougher from time to time or maybe initially)! In my opinion, the assessment of rubber is greatly influenced by the price, and if the quality parameters of the rubber are in balance with the price, then the assessment is higher. In my case, at a price of 3750 per wheel (end of the season) and the quality parameters of rubber, the score is 5+. I will supplement the review over the years, but who will need it if the rubber can be removed from sale / production (they will bring Nordman 8 and Hakkapeliitta 10 to the market)! :))))) All the best and good luck!
I wanted to add some photos to my review to give a better idea of my experience.
- Therubbercompound is soft. When choosingrubber, in the store, Icomuld crush the lamellas on therubber with my fingers. Perhaps the lamellas are deeply cut, and perhaps therubbercompound is soft, but I liked therubber in my hands to the touch. In my opinion, soft is better than hard, and if the lamellas are cut deeper, it is also better. :))). in wintercomnditions,rubber will work better. In a word, the Scandinavian type ofrubber. Linen. the region and St. Petersburg are essentially close to the Scandinavians :)))). The spike has an individual hexagonal shape. Therubber uses, in my opinion, unique solutions (technologies) that have been time-tested on the Hakkapeliitta 7. EXTENDED WARRANTY 1 YEAR*(up to 4mm tread depth) from date of purchase. - In my opinion, there are none! To each his own! Once again, I was convinced that tire reviews are such a subjective thing that it’s better not to read them at all :). Read tests from Behind the Wheel and Autoreview, and better German tests (according to Hakkapeliitta 7 and Nordman 7). In general, think, choose, compare!
