My son was complaining of heel pain after gym class. I bought these and he said it has helped a lot and no longer has heel pain. The adhesive wore off quickly after 3 days of school, but my son is fine with just laying them in his shoes and wearing them that way. He wears a size 5Y, so once his foot is in there, they aren't sliding around and are still comfortable to him and he has lots of quirks with clothes and shoes and how they feel and is still fine with these. It comes with 2 pairs and they serve their purpose, so I'm happy with the purchase.
