I bought a 16 inch chain/collar for my boy and it fits perfectly. It has a 15" neck and I didn't want it to hang too low, so the 16" neck was perfect. Excellent quality necklace/chain. It has some weight, that finish is great and smooth, the closure feels very secure and it doesn't seem to bother him or pinch his hair while wearing it. I thought he would scratch it but never. Didn't even bother turning it on. It's also easy to attach and easy to remove. I also had some sizing questions on other styles and the customer service has been great. They emailed me that they had another trim in stock in the size I was looking for.
