You're probably here because you're looking for a more "professional" cleaning product, or maybe simply because trying car care products is like trying wine . Reset is a great cleaner that does a great job of basic cleaning and smells great. It is much more concentrated than most cleaning products compared to others as it can remove nasty residue with less effort. I don't think it's too exaggerated, ie. You absolutely have to apply wax/sealant/whatever every time, you can still take 2 buckets and you're done so you don't have to be afraid to go down the rabbit hole of a 20 step cleaning routine every time you wash your car. Smells like regular hair washing, which is a nice departure from anything that smells like fruit/sea breeze/moon surface trying too hard. Overall it seems "better" and if you want the very best it's probably worth a shot.
