Note: My 1 star rating is for the seller, not the phone I bought (2021 Moto G Power which I would give 5 stars because it's cool). I bought a used cell phone, which in and of itself wasn't a problem. The phone arrived in an open box, with no manual as the listing says, but the seller clearly did not test the phone before reselling it, a practice I would describe at best as a dubious, epic failure no matter what . You ask, on what do I base this statement about the seller's dismissive attitude? Well, the unlocked phone I bought was connected to a Consumer Cellular phone number. No doubt it was connected to the SIM card left in the phone by the previous owner. The phone was charged when I received it. So if the seller had just turned it on, they would have known it was active. Certainly not a seller I would trust again hence 1 star.
