Update: Today 04/07/2021 The product works without problems. Anything I connect that can be used via USB works absolutely fine for me. Love it. They still feel they can improve the visualization of the light to know which USB is active. Back: This is a quality product. This is the first day I've been using this 10-port USB 3.0 hub. While all ports work. Build quality doesn't come cheap. The product has a certain weight that I like. There are wall mounting holes on the back so you can hang it anywhere. The item has a rubber pad so it won't slide easily on any surface. Power switches gave me the ability to turn my power-hungry devices off or on without having to plug and unplug them. I used my hard drive and flash drive to transfer data from my laptop to them at the same time. The data transfer rate has not decreased. So it's really good. The bad thing about this product is that you can barely see the light coming out of each port, making it difficult to know if that port is on or off. You need to keep track of whether the button is pressed down or up. Another thing is that the hub will not work if the power adapter is not connected to a power source. So you definitely need a power source to use this hub. In general, they are not critical for me. I love this device so far! You should definitely have it unless it's a deal breaker for you.
