They're pretty worn, only a few, maybe a dozen are usable. The rest is either badly worn or cracked. About half of them have faded beyond what I would call "yellow," leaving them spending a lot of time outdoors or underwater. For terry bag practice they're perfect, IMHO the yellow makes your balls easier to find, if other people use the same green for chips I guess pink or orange still doesn't tend to mix with others. The price isn't bad, $20 for 4 dozen exercise balls seems pretty fair. That's the price for a box of 50 new balls, so keep that in mind. On the plus side, you can get some playable balls with this bag. A box of new ranged balls will be all ranged balls. You must buy used AAA or AAAA balls if you want the vast majority of them to be in playable condition.
