HOW TO MAKE A SHAKE

This is a good protein powder and I like vanilla. Without GMO. It's sweeter than regular blends. It appears to be full of healthy ingredients and contains no animal products, no whey, no soy. How I use it: Using a blender, I mix about 3/4 scoop (because it's sweet) with unsweetened almond milk without carrageenan - about 16 oz. or so, organic maca powder, a few frozen organic mango chunks, Β½ cup frozen organic blueberries, a small amount of crushed ice, and a tablespoon of almond butter. Absolutely delicious post workout and tastes like Slurpee but really healthy. It doesn't take long to shake properly with it. I prefer a glass standard blender over the smaller plastic blenders. The included short-handled spatula is inconvenient for a clumsy person who has had too much coffee. Instead, I use a longer-handled shovel and stick with it.
