It might be worth the time one day, but not any time soon. Many problems. Good idea VERY bad execution

Pretty cool storage BUT. I bought it to use with Quickbooks Pro 2016. This allows me to scan receipts, save them, and then give the information to customers. Well you can't. You must use the online subscription version of Quickbooks. Then I tried to contact support via email. Support email is not available online. If you go to the "Contact Us" section, you will not be able to email anyone. So I opened a complaint file, which you can do on the support page, but that was 6 DAYS AGO! They emailed me today with some specific questions about my computer, software version, etc. So I wrote a REPLY to that email with all those specific replies and clicked send and here we go. BUT it didn't end there, oh NO. I get an automated response from NEAT Support stating "You have reached an inactive and unmonitored address." It then directs me to contact the [.]Support Help Center. The same place I was before where there is no email address to send my replies to and that's what got me into this round robin in the first place. The second problem is that the contacts you upload business cards to for quick reference don't allow me to enter that person's status. The dropdown menu doesn't work and won't let me access it. That makes that part of him pretty much useless aside from the contacts who all live in the same state. Third issue: Contacts have a box with a yellow dot next to it. This is the email field. And I'm dealing with some old hands that don't have email addresses, I call them. But NEAT thinks you've forgotten something important, so even after you've saved everything and moved on, that contact will be marked in the top menus. Writes that you did not provide "Important Information". So now when I search contacts, this annoying little checkbox keeps popping up. Millennials should have hired a couple in their 30s to help test this stuff.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Can do damage
