Don't waste your time

Unlike other reviews, you need to register on the cloud. Legacy software is not included. I found the scanner a waste of time and since I already use Quickbooks I can just scan my receipts.

BREAK! This is the LAST review you need for this product/company.

The product does not work as advertised. They have discontinued software support for legacy software, although sales state that you don't need a subscription (as of the time of writing this article). plan to spend $180 on software to bring an unmentioned product to market. Chat support (paused), phone support redirected to chat support.

What a joke for office electronics

I bought this scanner because I thought I could use it with a computer that isn't connected to the network. Well, to find out, you need to have an internet connection to install the software. Even if you try to connect to USB, there is a red label saying install software from CD before plugging it into your computer. So I tried calling tech support, they don't have a number. So I tried creating an account and it didn't resize my mail server. Says wrong host. So I guess I'm screwed

Good product for the price

I bought this because the scanner I got from NEAT a few years ago broke. Buying the entire kit with a guarantee was more profitable than just buying the scanner. I would give the product 5 stars if the support service was better. This is hit or miss when it comes to getting support depending on who you get. It might be worth the time one day, but not any time soon. Many problems. Good idea VERY bad execution

Pretty cool storage BUT. I bought it to use with Quickbooks Pro 2016. This allows me to scan receipts, save them, and then give the information to customers. Well you can't. You must use the online subscription version of Quickbooks. Then I tried to contact support via email. Support email is not available online. If you go to the "Contact Us" section, you will not be able to email anyone. So I opened a complaint file, which you can do on the support page, but that was 6 DAYS AGO! They emailed…
