These are NOT accurate spoons for measuring grams. I needed .
I checked these spoons with water and dry ingredients, viz. Salt. I balanced the amount in the spoon with each test. They are perfectly accurate when weighing water, but are about a gram too low when weighing salt. Since I need a really accurate dry weight, these spoons are not suitable.
