Didn't want to post anything until we've had them for a while and we've been very lucky with them. The coating hasn't chipped or peeled off despite the pans being put in the cupboard and the non-stick coating works just as well as the day we got it. Pans are easy to clean, and if you manage to get some burnt oil that's too thin and slick to rub off, using a little baking soda as a cleanser will remove it instantly. The matte finish on the outside of the pots is also perfectly preserved (no random rust spots that you get on cheap stainless steel items when you polish them with mild steel brushes and leave a small amount of metal that rusts). Cool pans!
