Review on 🎨 100-Pack of Pint (16oz) Paint Mixing Cups with Calibrated Mixing Ratios - Custom Shop by Heather Shaw

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not too precise and not a 5:1 ratio!

First of all, if you're using West Systems' epoxy, note that they use a 5:1 strength, and these mugs do NOT have this (at least in the 12-pack I bought). Also, as someone else said, the volumes aren't too accurate. I figured the best thing would be to take the mug I'm about to use to the kitchen, pour water in it, and mark each tier with a sharpie. Only then can you be sure that your concentration is right. Yes, it hurts, but it works. However, they boil down to regular heavy-duty plastic cups that (#1) have a flat bottom to ensure good mixing, and #2 don't melt when the epoxy cures.

Pros
  • Mixing Cup Graduated sizes make mixing easy and accurate Multiple ratios on side of cup (1 to 1) (2 to 1) (3 to 1) (4 to 1) (6 to 1) (8 to 1)
