Review on Westcott Jeweltone Plastic Ruler Test, Measure & Inspect by David Gibbs

The first pink ruler I received had a few scratches and a big wound. I kept it anyway because I need it for a project, but scratches and cuts make the ruler feel rough in the hands. I ordered a second one and it arrived in much better condition - not scratched and smooth to the touch. I love the pink color and the line seems pretty solid for the price. I also ordered purple and it was in good condition. I'm not sure why the first one I got was so poorly made.
