Continuous. The set screws are a bit difficult to tighten.
Exactly what I expected. Works perfectly. The set screws are a bit difficult to attach due to the galvanized finish. Very durable. It would be nice if the mounting flange were a bit wider so that the mounting holes could be offset slightly from the hub. It was a little difficult to get a crescent wrench to tighten the lag bolts I used.
