Got the first one and ran into crazy problems. They replaced the reel with a new one and it works great. Works great, prints great. I won't say it's bad quality as it happens with everything. Not all products from the line will be perfect, there is always a percentage of problematic products. So this is a great product and the replacement works great as have the other colors I've gotten from them. highlighted.
