Super Sharp But: Chinese Chef Knives & Cleavers
Well I got this as part of a promo deal and it came out to about $11 with some loose change. Not a bad deal for a blade of steel this sharp and decent. However, it has serious shortcomings under control. Rivets pop out and feel rough, sharp and not flush. The metal shines well and it came out very sharp. Do I pay full price for this? no Would I buy again for $11? I do not know. Do I recommend this as a gift? Absolutely not. Will I use it as a guest house knife, camper knife or fallback? Yes.
