Review on Public-Library by Jay Kenville

Yetus is a free online tool that allows users to create and edit playlists.

What I like is that it is pretty easy to create an account and start working with content. You can export any created content to other programs. There is a video tutorial that walks you through how to add new content and link to images. I also like the fact that you can use custom fonts. However, I am not sure if I would recommend it to others because I didn't see any training on how to use the program. When adding media, there isn't a way to change the file name when creating a playlist from within yetus (I had hoped this was possible). Also, sometimes some links aren't working properly (like those between youtube videos) which makes editing difficult.

Pros
  • Can export content to YouTube
  • Easily edit existing content
Cons
  • Media will often be cut off at the end of the line when exporting to a youtube channel.
  • For example, when you share an image on Facebook it won't show the actual URL for the photo.
  • The ability to use custom fonts is limited to only being able to select from Google Fonts.
