11/18/2019. Replaced 2002 OEM 4-Runner Brackets. Very easy to assemble, almost homemade, perfect fit. Note: You will need something to hold/support the door/hatch during installation, this is a lot heavier than you might think! It only took maybe 20 minutes to finish. After installation, the door held up excellently in our cold garage (34º). At this stage, they need practice but want to stand the "test of time" before making a final decision. If there is any problem, I will come back and leave negative/positive feedback.
