Review on Browne 10-Inch Box-Type Grater: Optimal Tool for Efficient Grating by Kristin Bell

I saw this box grater from a friend of mine when we were making homemade laundry detergent with naphtha rock bars. This worked beautifully for bars. I searched on Revain and bought it for home use. I also use it for cheese, chocolate and citrus zest. I love that it has 6 different sides: 4 smaller plates for fine, extra fine, medium and slicing and 2 larger plates for coarse and julienne grating. I also love that the base can slide out like a hatch so whatever it catches in it after grating or chopping can be poured into your bowl or bowl of choice. Since it is also made of 18/10 stainless steel, it is particularly easy to clean with hot water. It looks like it could easily dent if I drop it, so I'll try to be careful with it.
