I have a Razer Core X eGPU case with a Radeon 5600 XT card. Anyone with this case knows that the cord is ridiculously short (1.5 feet). I actually wanted a 2m cable, but I've read enough reviews about it that I was worried about reduced bandwidth and poor quality. So based on the reviews I decided to go for it. I can't say anything about durability yet. But my first impression is solid. On macOS, I used CL!ng (GPU test app on the App Store) to test host-to-device and device-to-host throughput. After about 10 tests I can confirm that this cable gives me the same (actually slightly better!) throughput as the original cable that came with my Razer Core X. This gives me a very stable connection. The footage seems very good, the physical connection is good with very little wobble on both the eGPU and my Macbook connection. And for the throughput test, in most tests I got about a half Gbps higher throughput with this cable than the pathetic original 1.5ft cable that came with the Razer Core X!) Great job, Maxomar. Good cable, great price.
