Review on πŸ₯Š Ringside Powerhide Punching Heavy Bag - Enhanced Head Shot Performance by Justin Heynoski

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the perfect bag for practicing uppercuts and hooks.

I have several bags, each with a different function: a heavy bag for power, another bag for body shots and uppercuts, and a turning bag for speed and timing. But none of them gave me the satisfaction of throwing specific uppercuts. Hooks can be done anywhere, but uppercuts are best practiced on this pocket. It weighs around 45 pounds, so it has a nice, solid feel with every impact. The swing is perfect for timing, and since the bag is quite tall, it's great for hopping, weaving, and diving. In fact, half of my training is mostly throwing punches and then crouching or crouching the other way to land more punches. For the money, this is a great addition to your gym and may be the only all-round bag you need when you're short on space.
