I haven't had it in a long time so I don't know about its strength and durability but it's well built. The shape of the ball enables completely different drills and exercises. I also bought one for a friend. Also good for uppercuts.

Amazing punching bag. Use it almost every day in my home gym. Unfortunately, I sold my house and no longer have a gym in my garage. But I couldn't part with him. It's now in a closet in my apartment. Great product. I have used several other heavy bags and this is by far my favorite. You can throw punches from so many angles that it helps you develop power in any direction (especially when throwing devastating hooks). If you like using punching bags for training or even like boxing, this is for you.

Great all-round heavy bag. Great for all shots, but unlike the standard heavy bag, you can actually land some good uppercuts. It only weighs about 58 pounds, so be aware that it will wobble if you hit it. However, I can use this aspect to my advantage by really moving in the pocket and using defensive moves with it. In general I like it. I just wish there was a way to remove a few links to shorten the hanging length a bit.
