Excellent product. I've used this with Clark's Cutting Board Oil and they worked great together. I've used it on a bamboo board and on a soft pine board that I use for bread baking. It has a great citrus note and compacts the wood very well. I apply three coats to the raw wood, let it sit overnight and then buff it a bit before applying the next coat. Hand cleaning was just soap and water. You have to love any product that works well and smells good. Highly recommend for any wood surface you are treating and want to ensure it is food safe.
