It took me a bit to cut ten 2" diameter holes in 1/4" steel for a project. I knew it was cheap and wouldn't take long , but I thought it could cut at least 10 holes. ZERO! Yes, that's right: ZERO! This drill could not cut steel at all. I applied enough force to the chisel to almost stop my magnetic drill and everything this chisel could do was scratch the surface. I used a lot of cutting paste and tried again and again to no avail. DO NOT BUY: A COMPLETE FRAUD! FURIOUS replacement came next day Managed to cut 10 holes First hit must have been bad Bit $30 on Amazon vs $275 at local store = DAMN GOOD VALUE!Can't give 5 stars as the quality control issue slowed me down on the first beat.
