They are very attentive in terms of our needs as well their clients' services they provide is excellent! I have no complaints about them at all!! The support we receive from this organization exceeds expectations. We love that every donation can be matched through corporate matching programs which makes it easier for us when fundraising with other companies/organizations within my team's departments or schools where there may not always exist an adequate match amount available otherwise (e..g., school fundraisers). I like that they are able to track my donations over time so it is easy for me to see how much money was donated each year compared with other years. It would be nice if there were more options available such as text messages or emails instead of just phone calls because sometimes having an option to do something in writing makes fundraising easier. They have been tracking all our donation data since 2010 which helps us keep up-to-date when we don't want to go through yearly reports every single year!
