Review on 🐾 Pet Gear Extended Length Ramp by Shelly Cook

Ramp is the perfect size for my bed and is sturdy but has a few issues. First, the material on the ramp is like sandpaper. I have three dogs and the first two went through with no problems but the third showed up with a problem. She didn't dare to get up. She would have tried, but then changed her mind. After several tries, I looked down and saw the faint bloodstains from her paws on my white carpet! I've found that if the dog only snaps at it once, it's not a problem, but if there are multiple attempts, the puppies' paws will get hurt. We strongly recommend softening the material. After seeing the blood, I put towels on her and she didn't hesitate at all. I left the towels instead of returning them because they are perfect for a very good tilt. not too cool. Another problem is the sides, or rather the lack of them. I was concerned that my puppies would try to get halfway down the ramp and then try to jump off the side, so I made the sides which I attached with clips to make sure they didn't try to jump off , and it would work. So another recommendation: either add side nozzles or buy them separately. I don't think most owners want to risk their puppies getting hurt.
