I purchased this product in May and by the end of July the straps had become paper. Literally made to paper under the covers. It would break with zero force. However, I contacted the company and got a response an hour later (overnight) and they are sending a new replacement made for the southern states and our 110 summer heat. I would literally pay for this company's customer service. I would rank them in the top 10 companies I've ever dealt with, which is 100,000. If you live in a very hot climate I would speak to the company before purchasing.
