The software is very easy to use and navigate through it's features.

It was difficult at first but once you get used to using this tool everything becomes easier! I have not found anything that i dislike about intelliquips products yet however there are certain things which could be improved upon such as making it possible to add images while creating your quote or having better reporting options when sending quotes out. With all these issues solved we were able to increase our customer satisfaction by 25%.
