Nice switch. Installs easily into the dash switch cover on our 1998 Jeep TJ. Nice blue color when on (we intentionally swapped the hot and ground wires to keep the backlight dim when off, which I prefer). This wire now controls the light strip that is mounted on the front of our jeep. This strip came with a wire harness with different connector ends so we had to use the jumper wires that came with this switch. easy to understand, although the wires pulled out of the ends of the adapter too easily. We reinstalled them all with needle nose pliers and had no more problems after that. The instructions are practically useless, but we figured it out through trial and error (no bugs, thankfully). We are planning to buy another rocker switch from this company. for a set of fog lights. I have already purchased and installed a lighted whip switch that mounts to the rear bumper. I recommend. Take it.
