The heads are too small; pulls through square holes
Useless. The heads of these screws in no way correspond to a standardized specification. They are smaller than the square hole in the rack itself. You will need washers to make them work and the washers provided are plastic. That means you're trusting the plastic washer with the entire weight and capital cost of your Cisco router. Stay away and look elsewhere. Absolutely idiotic measurements.
