I love how easy it was setup! We were able use our existing email accounts as well which made us very happy since we didn’t have any dedicated account set up yet at this point (we did not know what kind of solution would be best). The support team has been great so far too!! Super helpful during onboarding process - especially when there had some confusion about certain features or processes within my organization's system vs theirs- but also after implementation once things settled down from initial chaos/stressful transition period where everyone tried new software together haha. Definitely check out other vendors if you're looking into something similar just because sometimes one vendor will do more than others depending upon your specific needs etc.- definitely consider cost factor along side benefits before going ahead :).
