Our practice is very efficient with this scheduling software

I have been using it since March 2015 but not all of us liked its features at first. They did improve them a little after. The doctor can schedule an appointment via chat and then receive patient updates as well from within.This prevents unnecessary communication between appointments if all the necessary steps had already been done through email or phone call. In my experience no need yet though since everything was good enough when we used it as usual. The ease of use and how quickly it can be

Easy to implement and excellent customer service

I love how easy it was setup! We were able use our existing email accounts as well which made us very happy since we didn’t have any dedicated account set up yet at this point (we did not know what kind of solution would be best). The support team has been great so far too!! Super helpful during onboarding process - especially when there had some confusion about certain features or processes within my organization's system vs theirs- but also after implementation once things settled down from…

  • Excellent customer service provided by TPM staff including management / leadership.
  • Onboarded relatively quickly without much fuss, issues & complications that could arise between both organizations' IT systems
